Service status & support

Status last reviewed: June 19, 2026

A quick look at how the platform is doing and how to reach a human when you need one. We don't run a fake "always 100%" dashboard โ€” this page reflects our latest manual review and is updated when something changes.

Public beta passed. As of June 2026, the full flow has been verified end-to-end with real payments โ€” live Bitcoin, Monero and USDT (TRC20) top-ups, balance crediting, and real VPS provisioning, deletion and billing on production infrastructure.

This board is maintained manually. During an active incident we update the affected component here and post details through the panel and the Telegram bot.

Service availability โ€” the honest version

We aim for high availability and run on real cloud infrastructure, but GhostVPS is provided on a commercially reasonable-effort basis. We do not advertise a guaranteed uptime percentage or a formal SLA we cannot honestly back. Outages can happen โ€” from maintenance, upstream provider issues, or network conditions. What we commit to is being transparent about incidents and responsive when you need help. Full terms are in the Terms of Service.

How to get support

Support tickets
In the client panel โ†’ Support

Best for account-specific or server issues โ€” keeps everything tied to your account.

Telegram bot

Manage your account and reach support without leaving Telegram.

Email โ€” support

General questions, billing, refunds and account help.

Email โ€” abuse

Report abuse from our network โ€” see the Abuse Contact page.

Response times

We monitor support channels regularly and aim to respond as quickly as we reasonably can, prioritizing outages and security or abuse reports. We don't promise a fixed response-time SLA, but we do read every ticket and message. Including clear details โ€” your account identifier, server ID, invoice/transaction ID, and what you expected vs. what happened โ€” helps us help you faster.

Maintenance & incidents

Where maintenance is planned, we try to schedule it for low-traffic periods and announce it in advance through the panel and the Telegram bot. During unplanned incidents, we update the status board above and share what we know and our progress. We'd rather tell you "we're investigating" than go quiet.

Something looks broken? Open a ticket in the panel, message the Telegram bot, or email support@ghostvps.shop.
