How long do crypto payments take?
Balance and purchase invoices are detected automatically after on-chain confirmation. The exact wait depends on the selected network and current network conditions.
How does hourly billing work?
The displayed monthly amount is an equivalent estimate. Actual usage is deducted from your prepaid balance at the displayed hourly rate. Destroying a server stops future billing.
What happens if my balance runs out?
Servers are paused and locked during a grace window rather than immediately deleted. Add funds to resume them before the grace period ends. See Pricing & Billing for the current rules.
Which operating systems are available?
Current options include Ubuntu, Debian, Rocky Linux, AlmaLinux, CentOS Stream and Fedora, with the available versions shown during configuration.
What if I lose my account token?
Your token is your account password. Anonymous accounts cannot be recovered if the token is lost, so copy it once and store it securely before continuing.
